I mean Fume UGS sounds really tempting but DS3 has a lot of enemies and they can attack you rapidly dealing significant amount of damage which in late game will turn into 2-3 hit combo to death.Quality build and STR build are both viable. and in PvE content you could care-less bout the meta and still triumph.
