Jeep wrangler limp mode reset.

I ordered my jeep in feb 2010 and took delivery 4/1/10. I assume mine has the newer update. The only item I did for my transmission was add the mopar cooler kit at about 40K I think. These transmissions run a bit hot and jeep didn't account for an external cooler. I have a 2001 TJ 4.0 and it is consistently throwing a P0305 (#5 piston misfire) code and any time the RPM reaches 2800, it cuts out and surges between 2600 and 2800 rpm (exactly like a Rev limiter, assume a limp mode).3.6, 6 speed, regeared, and Limp Mode. As the title states, I just got a fresh regear by one of our local reputable shops here in SoCal. My jeep is now in limp mode. They did adjust accordingly to my AEV Procal. Since it's a 6speed, I was able to drive it home with no issues besides the ABS, and Traction indicator lit up.

Heard it drains capacitors and makes it either give you "good" code or disables limp mode if codes are now okay.
