None of these builds are very viable early-game, so I suggest you probably do a pure SKL build. Also very strong in PVE and you could use some new weapons. For raising damage, STR gives the best scaling up to 25, and then SKL gives the next best to 25. Because of the soft caps, you get more damage per point raising both to 25 instead of focusing just in strength. I'm considering raising STR an additional 10-15 points, just to get a little extra damage and raise the overall level closer to 100.
