I'm not 100% sure on it, but it's possible- and like Matthew said, Yuri is the only one out of the girls in DDLC that's the same age as XXXXXX and Libitina. It is DDLC with enhanced visuals and extra content. It is a different experience from the original since the original game was designed to be played on a computer, whereas DDLC+ was designed for consoles. If you're interested in lore at all, I would recommend getting both, since each game has different stuff hidden.
