I had this problem for about a day and it annoyed me so much. To fix it you have to go to your wifi router and change one of the settings. I had to switch the UPNP off and that solved the problem instantly. Another problem can be UPNP -protocol. Google "Rainbow Six: Siege upnp problem" and read up, if someone has similiar issue than you and fixed it with UPNP settings.
