Hi, I own a Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 2017 with 38000 miles, carefully maintained etc. etc., anyway while driving I loose power on the accelerator, the dashboard tells me to "shift to park" after I do that, the engine starts again and we are back to normal until who knows when this issue will show up again. Check out the wheel that looks out of sorts. Unless I miss my guess the tire is cupped, probably on the inside of the tread which is the source of the noise. That can either be a wheel bearing as some suggest or a simple alignment issue. Either one will ruin your tires.
