Advice on setting up dedciated competition glock 34. Hey guys so next summer I am planning to start competing in uspsa carry optics. The only competition style shooting i have done up to this point is a 3 gun league that is basically just for practice/fun but I always preform pretty well.Trijicon HD's are far too wide for my tastes, and you'll never see them on competition guns. They're good for defensive guns if you like tritium. If you want competition sights, I like either Dawson Precision, Warren, Bo-Mar, or Kensight. Personally I like the Dawson adjustable sights. I have Dawson black outs for my 17L, they're great.Yes the sport is expensive indeed. I have an STI Marauder and I also purchased an Armalite 3 gun comp rifle and a Stoeger MK3 shotgun. The STI and Stoeger is currently with the Gunsmith, getting the shotgun/pistol customized, tune, etc. So basically I am covered in regards to the most expensive items for the sport.Interestingly, Glock’s foray into single-stack models in this category showcases their adaptability to market trends and user preferences.
