Given your info, shadow + bowfa - not even a close choice. It is an astronomical win at TOA. For chambers it will only be noticeably worse on head phase (and big mut). If you use serp helm it gives negative range and mage bonuses, which slows down your kills. Anti-venom is also cheaper than the cost of scales in a serp helm. I do 4 kills/trip so I prefer to bring 1 anti venom pot (4) and use my slayer helm (i) instead of a serp helm. Slayer helm is +3 range +3 mage attack, while serp is -5, so in the end ...
