Everything is locked for me aswell. i have Ela locked on 2nd challenge, 'affect 1 opponent with trap device, but is perma on 0/1 even if they walk trough mines xD. For me, only challenge that doesn't work is 3rd in "Anti-entry" section. Other ones are working good, except if I finish challenge, and get operator that I didn't own before, I'll have to wait 15-20 seconds to this operator to appear (server issue?).
