I don't think bloody slash does more damage. Lightning infused nagakina with heavy unsheathe deal 1800 and it's very fast and doesn't use you hp. Bloody slash can do much more than that if you catch them with the blade of your weapon and the blood spray part. Seen it do 2600+. Unsheathe.Bloodhound step is really good.
