Reading is passive. Practice problems are how you nail down what you've read. The 300 page doc is based on the KA videos. The first time I took the MCAT I passively read the doc, and the second time I did almost all of KAs PS practice passages / questions. I'm really sorry. I'm grateful to whoever took the time to create this document, but there are so many typos. SO MANY. The sentences are incoherent. The ideas are disjointed. The format is a nightmare. The "lazy OCD" version is exactly the same. Same sentences, different format. Im doing the OCD PS notes because i only have about 4 days left. I would say if you have time and you work better when given examples, 300 pg notes would be better for you. But if you are good with just knowing definitions and some examples (not all the words have examples), then the 100 pg would be more your style.
